For the 40th anniversary of Sydney Festival, this year, 2016, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra (SSO) is doing something special for Symphony in the Domain (previously called "Symphony under the Stars"). They've gathered a repertoire of music performed at Symphony in The Domain over the years, with everything from Mendelssohn to Dvorak and Tchaikovsky.

Sydney’s interactive Christmas Tree is going to be lit by Santa and the Lord Mayor. The Children's Concert is packed with entertainment the whole family is sure to love.  Prominent entertainers and performers include: MC James Tobin, Hoot and Hootabelle, Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, Sam Moran,  Justine Clarke, the cast from The Sound of Music and Anthony Callea.

Join the SPC - Chamber Singers for this intimate performance.  

The Utzon Room of the Sydney Opera House is the perfect backdrop for a concert that celebrates vocal music inspired by water. As well as two world premieres by Australian composers Rosalind Page and Luke Byrne, hear the sublime vocal music of Eric Whitacre, Frederick Delius and Ralph Vaughan Williams. Be surprised by the possibilities of choral music with Stars by the lauded Latvian composer Ēriks Ešenvalds, a piece that employs water-tuned glasses for celestial effects.

Year 2015 marks 10 years of Sydney Philharmonia Choirs's  ChorusOz, planned to be a spectacular event with a program featuring excerpts from every performance since its inception in 2004, founded by Brett Weymark, SPC's dynamic and charismatic music director. It is a chorus made up of SPC choristers and other singers from all over the world who assemble for the June holiday weekend to perform at the Sydney Opera House with a professional orchestra and soloists.

This 10th anniversary celebration is a chance for choristers to revisit favourite choral works and experience again (or for the very first time!) singing some of the most well-loved pieces from the choral repertoire.

Christmas 2014 with Sydney Philharmonia Choirs at Sydney CBD's Pitt Mall

A fun-filled pre-Christmas celebration at Sydney CBD's Pitt St Mall with the Sydney Phiharmonia Choirs Flash Mob of favourite Christmas Carols.

The carols are part of the "Carols at the House" gala performance concert at the Sydney Opera House, December 6 and 7, 2014. Obviously, the crowd had much fun, they actually broke our choral formation after the intermission.A wonderfu feeling to share the joy the wonderful season of love.
